A simple phone call or e-mail message to our office starts your project. Our sales coordinator will schedule an appointment for you to meet with one of our landscape consultants.
During the initial consultation our sales consultant will meet you at your home or business to evaluate the site and discuss your specific needs.
Our design staff will arrive on site to perform an in-depth site analysis, including detailed measurements and photos.
Our design and sales staff work together to create a unique landscape plan for your project.
Your design will be ready two weeks after your initial appointment. At that time, our sales coordinator will contact you to arrange a second appointment at our office.
During your second appointment you will be able to review your landscape plan with your sales associate. You will also receive a design booklet with detailed information on the plants in your landscape plan, as well as a computer-rendered photo to help you visualize your completed project.
Once your landscape plan is finalized, you’ll be presented with a full proposal for your landscape installation.
When you’re ready to proceed with your project, your installation will be scheduled with our production department, and our purchasing department will order all necessary materials for your project.
Our production coordinator will contact you when work on your project is about to begin. Our production teams will then arrive at your site to begin construction.
Our production teams are supervised by certified landscape technicians to assure proper installation and quality worksmanship.
After construction on your project is complete, you will receive a detailed care guide for each plant and all other materials used in your project.
