The right person will be enthusiastic, career minded, and goal oriented with previous outside sales experience. The position requires a general knowledge of the green industry, including horticulture, landscape architecture and/or landscape construction.

Responsibilities include: representing our company in a professional manner while securing contracting sales. Including lead generation and client relations throughout the sales process.

Production and Retail Support Foreperson

Successful individual will lead an operations crew. Must have previous supervisory experience, preferably in the landscape field.  Candidate will have a CDL license, or the ability to obtain. Horticulture and/or landscape knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Fulfilling load lists to properly load and unload equipment and materials for production projects
• Pulling plant material for projects and staging in holding areas
• Efficiently completing all deliveries
• Loading customers as needed

Our team is seeking a highly motivated, creative, detail-oriented, enthusiastic individual who has the ability to lead a crew for efficient completion of projects. Qualified candidates will have the skills and abilities to install a wide variety of landscape services. Projects include patios, retaining walls, plantings, lawns, ponds & others. Previous hands on landscape installation and experience preferred.  CDL license preferred, or the ability to obtain.
